The Geary County Sheriff’s Department has reported that deputies responded to U.S. 77 for a single vehicle accident at 5:05 a.m. Saturday.

A Chevrolet Silverado driven by Michael Lammers, Milford, was northbound when he left the roadway and over corrected, causing the truck to roll. Minor injuries were reported.

Deputies arrested Michael Lammers at the Geary County Detention Center at 6:53 a.m. Saturday on suspicion of Driving Under the Influence, Duty of Driver, Making a False Report, Perjury, Felony Interference with Law Enforcement, and Liability Insurance Required.

Deputies responded to the area of I-70 and J-Hill for a single vehicle non-injury accident just after 4 p.. Friday. A Jeep driven by Mitz Acasio was turning on to the east bound on ramp when he lost control and struck a sign owned by KDOT.

The Sheriff’s Department reported the arrest of Terry Collins, Junction City, in the 200 block of West 7th Street on suspicion of Improper Driving on a Laned Roadway, and Driving Under the Influence.

The Sheriff’s Department reported that deputies arrested Odessa Larry, Junction City, at the County Detention Center on a Pottawatomie County District Court warrant alleging a probation violation.
