National Weather Service Says Warming Trend on The Way

Cold temperatures to start out today, but a warming trend is on the way. By Friday and Saturday highsweather eleven will be in the 60s and 70s for locations without snow cover. The next chance for precipitation comes mid-week as a front pushes southward through the region.

Today: Sunny. Highs around 32. South winds up to 10 mph increasing to 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon. Lowest wind chill readings 12 below in the morning.

Tonight: Mostly clear. Lows around 23…but temperatures rising into the 20s after midnight. South winds 5 to 10 mph.

Friday: Not as cool. Sunny. Highs around 57. Southwest winds 5 to 15 mph.

Friday Night: Mostly clear. Lows in the upper 20s. Southwest winds up to 5 mph.

Saturday: Warmer…sunny. Highs 63 to 69. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday Night: Mostly clear. Lows in the mid 30s.

Sunday And Sunday Night: Partly cloudy. Highs around 60. Lows in the lower 30s.

Monday Through Tuesday: Partly cloudy. Highs in the mid 50s. Lows around 30.

Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy with a 20 percent chance of rain. Lows in the mid 30s.

Wednesday: Partly sunny with a 20 percent chance of rain and light snow. Highs in the upper 40s.
