The Junction City Blue Jays went 3-2 in dual competition in Emporia Saturday.  

Junction City defeated Emporia 39-36, Valley Center 37-24, and Topeka Seaman 43-12. The Blue Jays lost to Olathe North 53-24 and Derby 30-22.

Olathe North won the team title with a 5-0 dual record, Derby was second at 4-1, and Junction City finished third.

For the Blue Jays in the individual weight class competition, Max Bazan went 5-0 at 106 pounds, Aryus Johnson 5-0 at 160 pounds, Jeryl Denton 5-0 at 152 pounds, and Downey Wood 5-0 at 138 pounds. Jake Bazan finished 4-1 at 145 pounds.
