The proposed sale of the Junction City owned building at 617 North Washington Street to Country Floral & Gift is on the city commission agenda during a special meeting Monday. The development agreement  will be considered for approval.

According to Mayor Mike Ryan the building would be renovated and the business would put their sales floor downstairs, and renovate the upstairs apartment into living quarters.

The Commission meets at 12:10 p.m. Monday at the Municipal Building.
