Aggieville Birthday Celebration Saturday

Aggieville, Kansas’s oldest business district, will celebrate its 125th aggievillebirthday with a Birthday Street Fair and Dance on Saturday, September 20.  This event will take place on Moro Street of Aggieville starting at 10 a.m. The Aggieville area will be closed to traffic all day and evening.

This birthday bash will feature a vintage car show, carnival, Mini Maker Faire, giant doughnut birthday cake, and an all-ages dance! Pink Kadilac will also be performing! These events will highlight the charming atmosphere of one of Manhattan’s most loved areas. The day will go on, rain or shine, and will be a great event to bring the family to.

“This celebration is a great way to honor the business owners and community members who have kept Aggieville growing over the years,” said Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce Vice President, Karen Hibbard. “Our goal is to see Aggieville still thriving in the community 100 years from now.”
