Since January 2nd Waters True Value in Junction City has been going through a massive renovation and after nine months of work it is complete.

On Friday the store will be holding a Grand Re-Opening with a ribbon cutting at 10:30 a.m. put on by the Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce. In recognition of the Grand Re-Opening everything in the store will be 25 percent off Friday through Sunday.

Jeff Hoss, Store Manager explained that they pretty much changed everything in the store.

“We took out all of the old counters and put in new. We changed the position of all of the counters, and added a few more to what we had, and then brought in several new lines of inventory,” says Hoss.

The new inventory includes a little bit of everything from new pet supplies to gun safes.

The store also added 10,000 square feet, with 2,100 square feet of that being a new green house. With the additional space the store did add four new part-time positions and one full time position.

Waters True Value is located at 129 E. 6th Street in Junction City.
