Joan Wagnon, Kansas Democratic Party Chair and former Kansas Secretary of Revenue, and Duane Goossen, former Kansas Budget Director and Kansas Secretary of Administration, will give a presentation discussing the state of the Kansas budget and tax policy under Gov. Sam Brownback on Saturday Sept. 13.

It will begin at 9 a.m. at the Green valley Community Center in Manhattan.

Wagnon and Goossen will focus on their respective areas of expertise, taxes and the Kansas budget.

The event is being hosted by the Geary, Morris, Pottawatomie, and Wabaunsee County Democratic Parties.
