Severe Thunderstorm Watch 464 remains in effect until 100 am CDT
for the following locations

As of 11:46pm

… The Severe Thunderstorm Warning for GearyDickinson and Morris
counties will expire at 1145 PM CDT… 

The line of storms which prompted the warning has weakened below
severe limits… and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or 
property. However… gusty winds up to 50 mph are still possible 
with these thunderstorms.

As of 11:39pm

… A Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for Harvey… 
McPhersonMarion and eastern Saline counties until midnight CDT… 

At 1125 PM CDT… severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Tampa to Durham to Goessel to 7 miles east of
Buhler… and moving southeast at 40 mph.

Locations impacted include… 
Marion… Newton… Tampa… Hillsboro… Hesston… Halstead… 
Lincolnville… Walton… Peabody… Sedgwick… Marion Lake… Pilsen… 
Lost Springs… North Newton and Newton Airport.

As of 11:25pm

… A Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for northern
Geary… north central Dickinson… eastern Clay… western Pottawatomie
and Riley counties until midnight CDT… 

At 1119 PM CDT… the leading edge of severe thunderstorms were 
located along a line extending from Randolph to Junction City… and 
moving southeast at 45 mph.

Locations impacted include… 
Milford… Milford Lake… Junction City… Riley… Randolph… 
Wakefield… Manhattan… Westmoreland… Keats… Tuttle Creek 
Lake… Olsburg… Ogden and St. George.

Severe Thunderstorm Warning for… 
Clay County in north central Kansas… 
northern Dickinson County in central Kansas… 
northern Geary County in east central Kansas… 
western Pottawatomie County in northeast Kansas… 
Riley County in northeast Kansas… 

* until midnight CDT

* at 1056 PM CDT… severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 10 miles south of Barnes to 8 miles northeast of
Talmage… and moving southeast at 45 mph.

* Locations impacted include… 
Manhattan… Blaine… Westmoreland… Wakefield… Leonardville… 
Milford… Milford Lake… Riley… Randolph… Olsburg… Tuttle Creek
Lake… Keats… Grandview Plaza… Ogden and St. George.

This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 300 and 321.

General Information and Precautionary measures:

Hazard… 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

Source… trained weather spotters have reported widespread wind 
           damage with these storms.

Impact… hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
           roofs… siding and trees.

Precautionary/preparedness actions… 

This is a dangerous situation. These storms are producing widespread 
wind damage. Seek shelter now inside a sturdy structure and stay
away from windows.
