Sundown Salute not only offers up great entertainment but also offers a large variety of food.

Food vendors from all across the country converge on the west side of Heritage park and set up there trailers and tents and begin cooking.

Gary Cross is from Springdale, Arkansas, and has been setting up his food tent at Sundown Salute for the past seven years.

“It’s a great show. We love the atmosphere, we love the people here. We travel all over the United States, this is one of our best and favorite festivals that we do,” Cross said.

Cross serves up all sorts of food including philly cheese steaks, beer brats, and chicken.

All of the food vendors are located on the west side of Heritage Park.
