The Kansas Department of Transportation has announced as of 10:45 a.m. a K-18 exit ramp to Scenic Drive on the west side of Manhattan has reopened to all traffic in west Manhattan. An overturned cement truck has been cleared the ramp has reopened to normal traffic operations.

The exit ramp had been closed at 9:30 a.m. due to the cement truck that had rolled.
