The 2014 Kicker Country Stampede is June 26-29 at Tuttle Creek State Park near
Manhattan.
Wayne Rouse, Country Stampede President, said there will be 60 hours of concerts at the festival, which is now in its’ 19th year. “Our headliners are Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Chris Young, and Easton Corbin, so it ought to be a really great festival. We have some other great artists to like Lee Brice, and Joe Diffie for the traditional country person, Randy House, just a lot of great talent out there.”
There will be other attractions and activities at the festival. One of the new features will be the Party Pit. Rouse said the Party Pit was requested by the performing artists. “They want to thrive off the energy of those people. So we put the Party Pit in this year. You can buy a pass to go up front for your favorite artist.”
A carnival has been added to the festival this year. “It’s a lifestyle experience more so than a concert.” The carnival will be located in an area with other exhibits just inside the festival area.
There will be a number of vendors ranging from those selling food to interactive exhibits.
Rouse confirmed all camping is sold out for the first time in the 19-year history of Country Stampede.
