Kansas City- Two people were hospitalized after a Friday rear end collision in Wyandotte County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a Chevy passenger vehicle driven by Fredrick Anthony, 25, Kansas City, was east bound on Interstate 670 just west of Genesee Street in the center lane and rear ended a 1987 Ford that was stopped in traffic.

Anthony was transported to Truman Medical Center. A passenger in the Chevy Jessica Gott, 28, Kansas City was transported to St. Lukes Hospital.

The driver of the Ford Glynn Graybill, 52, Buckner, Mo., was possibly injured. The KHP report does not indicate where he was treated.

The KHP report indicated all were properly restrained at the time of the accident.
