The 1st Infantry Division will host a Victory Honors ceremony for Col. Frank M. Muth, the “Big Red One’s deputy commanding general for support, at 1 p.m. Friday, May 9.

Muth has been selected for promotion to the rank of brigadier general, and his future assignment as the director of the Army Quadrennial Defense Review Office, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-8, U.S. Army.

Muth joined the 1st Inf. Div.’s command team on July 24,2013.
