The Geary County Sheriff’s Department has reported the arrest of Mark L. Emerson of Abilene in the 7200 block of East Lyons Creek Road. They reported that Emerson was arrested on suspicion of Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Minor in Possession of Alcohol, and two confirmed warrants. The first warrant from the Junction City Municipal Court alleged Failure to Appear, and the second through Riley County Municipal Court alleged Failure to Appear.

Emerson was arrested at 6:25 p.m. Monday.
