Brig. Gen. Thomas C. Graves, executive officer to the supreme allied commander, Europe, Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, North Atlantic Treaty Organization, Belgium has been named to a deputy commanding general’s post for the 1st Infantry Division at Fort Riley.
