Chapman—A motorcycle rider was injured in a Saturday evening crash on I-70.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reports a 1981 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by James D Wilson, Jr., 49, Fort Riley, was east bound on I-70 four miles east of Chapman at 9 p.m.

The motorcycle was rear ended by a 2001 Toyota driven by Jess T. Lemon, 22, Hays.  Wilson was transported to the hospital in Salina. Lemon was not injured.

The KHP reported Wilson was not wearing a helmet.
