II, will be the guest speaker for the Military Affairs Council breakfast in Junction City on Jan. 23.

The breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m. at the Geary County Convention Center, Courtyard by Marriott. The deadline to register for the breakfast will be Monday, Jan. 20. The cost is $12 per person.
