The Junction City Public Works Department has been dealing with three water main breaks Sunday and Monday. Breaks at Oak Street and South Jackson, and at Hale Drive and West 17th have been fixed, and the water is on.

The third water main break occurred at West 6th Street and North Garfield Street.  Repairs at 9:30 Monday morning were being made on West 6th Street. Water was scheduled to remain off for the next six to eight hours. The 900 and 1000 block of West 6th will be affected.
