According to the Kansas Highway Patrol crash log a Morris County man was cilled in an accident Saturday night. 

At approximately 11:15 p.m. Saturday Marlin Miser, 48, of Burdick was traveling into oncoming traffic on eastbound US 56 highway in Morris county when he over corrected, lost control, entered the ditch and rolled his 1993 Dodge pick-up.

Miser was pronounced dead at the scene.
