The Junction City Lady Jay volleyball team finished third out of five teams in pool competition Saturday at Emporia. They defeated Pittsburg and Emporia, but lost to Shawnee Heights and Leavenworth. In bracket play that followed, Junction City fell to Maize 25-23, 25-20 and to Lawrence Free State 25-11, 25-17.
