Geary USD 475 Superintendent Ron Walker says Skyward Family Access begins Thursday in the school district.

This is a new online option for parents to keep close track of their student’s activities in school. Walker stated parents can check their child’s activities. “You’ll be able to check attendance, homework assignments, whether or not they did homework, whether or not they turned assignments in, test scores, athletics, I mean everything you can possible think of you’ll have at your fingertips.”

The email address provided by a parent at the time of student enrollment will be important. “If you don’t get an email saying here’s your password to Skyward Family Access you need to call your principal’s office and say maybe my email address is incorrect. Can I come in and get my password.”  The Superintendent added when you do that you need to bring identification.
