The Geary County Sheriff’s Department has reported the arrest of Hugo Rosales-Leonor of Junction City on suspicion of rape and criminal sodomy.

A check with the Geary County Attorney’s Office confirms Rosales-Leonor had a first appearance in Geary County District Court on Friday. His bond was set at $200,000. Status check and preliminary hearings were scheduled for October 3 in District Court.
