Charles L. Peterson, age 70, Junction City, KS, died Sunday, September 15, 2013 at Colmery O’Neil VA Medial Center, Topeka, KS.

Graveside services with military honors will be at 2 p.m., Monday, September 23, 2013 at the Fairview Cemetery east of Junction City with Pastor Kevin Larson officiating.

He is survived by one son, Darren Peterson and wife Kristine, Salina, KS;  a daughter, Ginger Filipovic, Topeka, KS;  a brother, Frederick Peterson and wife Charlene, Denver, PA;  and four grandchildren.

A memorial has been established for the American Red Cross.  Memorial contributions may be left in care of the Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home, Riley, KS.
