Geary County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to mile marker 303 I-70 eastbound on-ramp for a two vehicle accident with minor injuries at 7:48 a.m. Saturday. The Sheriff’s Department reported that Robert Wimpenny, Saratoga, Wyoming, while driving a Toyota Sequoia failed to stop at a stop sign. That caused him to hit a Chevrolet City Express can driven by Seth Rogers, Junction City.

The Sheriff’s Department reported that Deputies responded to K-57 Highway and South Outlet Park for a single vehicle injury accident. Carlos D. Harden, Junction City, while traveling north with a Kawasaki Ninja 250. It went off the right side of the road, hit a patch of gravel and lost control. Harden received minor injuries to his forearm.
