Milford Lake elevation remains high

The new numbers released by the Corps of Engineers at Milford Lake show the reservoir is at 1160.86 elevation, 16.46 feet above normal conservation pool. The inflow was 1320 cubic feet per second at the Clay Center gauge.

The Corps said releases from Milford Lake were reduced from 4,000 cubic feet per second down to 2,000 cubic feet per second on Monday, and may be decreased further this week to stay in criteria with the Phase I deviation of 140,000 at the gauge at Waverly, Missouri.
