Acting Secretary of the Army Ryan McCarthy talked to the students and teachers at Seitz Elementary School during a visit on Thursday.

He said the kids are happy. “They like being here. They like their teachers. You could just feel it in the hallways.” McCarthy stated it’s difficult to quantify. “But when you see the teachers are excited, the facilities are clean, they’re well resourced, that’s what our Army families deserve.”
