The field of candidates for a seat on the Geary USD 475 Board of Education has increased.

According to the Geary County Clerk’s Office. Dr. Anwar Khoury has filed for reelection to the school board. He joins Tom Brungardt, Kristy M. Haden, Ron Johnson and Jim Schmidt in the race.

Four seats are up for election, with the filing deadline set for noon, Monday, June 3rd.
