Betty Jo Boller Budden

Betty Jo Boller Budden, 88, of Junction City, KS passed away May 17, 2019 at Geary Community Hospital. A Mass of Christian Burial with Fr. Kyle Berens officiating will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, May 24, 2019 at the St. Xavier Catholic Church with burial to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. A Visitation will be Thursday, May 23, 2019 from 5pm to 6:30pm with Rosary at 6:30pm at the Johnson Funeral Home. Memorial contributions have been designated to the St. Xavier Catholic Church or to the St. Xavier Catholic School.

Betty was born February 17, 1931, Hill City, KS to Joseph and Emily Alice (McCoy) Nesbitt. Betty retired from the Soil Conservation Service after 30 years, she was a member of St. Xavier Catholic Church.

She married Joseph Boller June 6, 1953 he preceded her in death April 7, 1997. Betty married DeLoy Budden May 25, 2007 he preceded her in death November 20, 2009.

Betty is survived by her four children, Bernard (Sandra) Boller of Fayetteville, NC, Joey (Laura) Boller of Wichita, KS, Laura (Jerry) Escobar of Killeen, TX and Annette McDonald (Gaylen) Johnson of Milford, KS; her sister, Dora Jean Brown of Morland, KS; seven grandchildren, Rebekah (Brian) Sanchez, Michael Boller, Jessica (James) Pinkstone, Joseph Boller Christina Escobar, Sara Escobar Singer and Max (Amy) McDonald and one great-grandchild, Jade Boller.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Corky Nesbitt and her sister Lucille Nesbitt.
