Otis D Gouty, 86, of Manhattan, KS, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2019, at Good Shepherd Hospice House. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2019, at 12:30 pm at the Manhattan First Assembly of God.
