A rifle sight in took place prior to the Friday evening hunt. On Saturday and Sunday the hunt began at 5 o’clock each morning with breakfast served by the Geary County Fish & Game Association.

Volunteers and sponsors support the event ranging from the Geary County Fish & Game Association and Milford State Park to Grandpa Boones Cabin and the Clay Center Locker Plant.
