The Geary County Senior Center will be closed on Wednesday.

According to Center officials it is due to the National Day of Mourning for the death of former President George H.W. Bush and the action by Governor Jeff Colyer to order state government offices closed on Wednesday in honor of the former president.

The Center will reopen for normal business on Thursday.
