The Corps of Engineers announced Wednesday that they have increased the outflow of water from Milford Reservoir to 1500 cubic feet per second, up from an earlier release level of 1000 cfs.
Downstream gauges remain high due to releases on the main stem reservoirs so Milford Lake is limited on outflow releases until the gauges stabilize.
The current lake inflow is 707 cfs and the current lake elevation is 1153.88.
The Corps has been holding back water in Milford Lake to prevent downstream flooding.
