Due to the predictions for severe weather, two Dorothy Bramlage Public Library events scheduled for this evening have been cancelled.

With the exception of the recognition ceremony for the winners of the summer reading  bookmark contest, the summer reading kickoff event and carnival scheduled for 4:30 have been cancelled.   If the event is rescheduled, that announcement will be made at a later date.  The bookmark contest winner recognition ceremony will be held at 4:30 p.m. today in the library meeting room as originally scheduled.

The Community Conversation on the library building project that was set for this evening at 6 p.m. at the C. L. Hoover Opera house has been postponed to a later date.  That date will be announced in the near future.
