The Geary County Commission on Monday, sitting as the Health Board heard that one case of Pertussis ( Whooping Cough ) is under investigation.

The 3-year old child was in isolation until Monday ( March 26th ).

Geary County improved in the 2018 Kansas health rankings going from 74th to 63rd among Kansas counties on Health Outcomes and from 99th to 90th on Health Factors.
