A longtime member of the Junction City Community, Delilah Hamilton, received the Coretta Scott-King Humanitarian Award during the Martin Luther King Jr. observance in Junction City on Monday.

The award credits the recipient with courage through adversity and for being a catalyst for change. Hamilton has been a member of the community since the late 1950’s.
