Sheila Burdett has been appointed to a seat on the Metropolitan Planning Commission. She will fill the unexpired term that is has been served by Jeff Underhill. He needed to step down because he has been elected to the Junction City Commission.

Burdett was appointed by the city commission. The unexpired term runs until next June.

The city commission also reappointed Graham Foust to a two-year term on the Economic Development Advisory Committee.
