In anticipation of the Grand Reopening of the Walmart on Chestnut Street in Junction City, they will host a series of family friendly events this weekend.

• Friday, September 30: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm; pumpkin painting for kids, visits from local police and fire departments, free samples, face painting and games; cotton candy, popcorn and games will be available for a donation to the Children’s Miracle Network
• Saturday, October 1:  family friendly events from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Sunday, October 2:  events from noon to 4:00 pm

The Grand Reopening Ceremony will be on October 7th.
