JCPD responded to a call Friday afternoon of a car that crashed in to the Central National Bank located at 116 West 8th Street in downtown Junction City.

Officer Nicholson, JCPD, was the responding officer reporting that he did not suspect any criminal activity in the accident.

The car, a late 90s early 2000 model Dodge Intrepid, was unoccupied at the time of the crash, and there was some sort of malfunction causing the car to crash in to the building, according to Officer Nicholson.

There were no injuries.
