The Hope Lions Club is hosting their annual Hog/Turkey Roast on September 10th at the First National Bank Annex and Community Center at 124 N. Main Street in Hope, KS.
Food will be served from 5:30 to 7:00 pm; the cost is $9 for adults and $5 for children 10 and under.
The dinner includes roast pork/turkey, baked beans, cole slaw, chips and iced tea.
Proceeds from the event will be used to fund Hope Lions Club community projects.
The event is in conjunction with the “Hope Hope Hooray” 15th annual Hope Heritage festival.
There are a full day/night of activities on September 10th including a car show, dunk tank, 5K run/walk, beer garden,craft show, drone obstacle course, carriage rides, bingo, and a parade.
Events begin at 7:00 am and run through midnight.
