Dorothy Jeane Huey, 93, of Junction City, Kansas, went to her final earthly sleep in her home the night of August 20, 2016, and awoke to her heavenly home surrounded by her eternal family and friends in the early morning hours of August 21, 2016.

Visitation will take place 5-7 p.m. Friday, August 26, 2016, at the Junction City First United Methodist Church.  A celebration of life will be 11 a.m. Saturday, August 27, 2016, at the Junction City First United Methodist Church with the Reverend Dr. Dyton L. Owen officiating. Cremation will follow the service.  Inurnment will take place at a later date at Highland Cemetery.

Memorial contributions have been established at her beloved Junction City First United Methodist Church, the Friends of Animals for her love of animals and to the Wheels of Hope for her strong belief and demonstration of helping others.
