The Geary County Sheriff’s Department has reported that Deputies responded to West Lyons Creek Road and US Highway77 for a noninjury accident at 11:54 a.m. Sunday.

Waltraud Bammes, Wamego, was driving east bound on West Lyons Creek Road in her 2006 Ford 500 when she failed to stopat a stop sign and struck a 2006 Dodge Ram truck driven by Alex Braun, Manhattan.  No injuries were reported. There was minor damage to the vehicles.
