The Grandview Plaza Police Department has reported the arrest of Kevin Martinez, 19, and Devon Warren, 18, both of Junction City on suspicion of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Aquire Drug Proceeds, No Drug Tax Stamp, and traffic related offenses.

The arrests occurred at 5:11 p.m. Tuesday after a traffic stop was conducted.
