City officials have announced that Helland Park in north central Junction City will be temporarily closed.

KDOT is currently working on the US-77 / K-18 interchange project which involves working in the Helland Park area. Due to heavy construction equipment working in the area and for the safety of the public the Helland Park parking area and use of the park will be off limits until construction is completed.
