The Junction City Brigade split a doubleheader with the Independence Veterans Tuesday in Independence.

Junction City ( 12-7 ) took the first game 10-0 but lost game two the Veterans 9-3.

Junction City will host Rossville Thursday and Friday nights at Rathert Field. Game times are 7 p.m.
