
Fixed route public bus service from aTa Bus will begin in the near future.
Geary County Commissioner Florence Whitebread said the signs have been ordered. The new buses are in. Whitebread is hoping the service can begin in mid-May or soon after that.
The new signs are supposed to be in by the end of the week.
The parking lot at Dillons will serve as the main hub. There will be 90 other stops, including 18 principal stopping points for the buses.
