Junction City police are reporting an unlawful shooting and criminal damage to property case.

On Sunday police responded to 602 West 13th Street for a report that a vehicle had been shot. No arrests have been reported in that case.

In other cases the JCPD has reported that there were three vehicle burglaries reported to authorities on Sunday. They responded to 619 West 14th Street, 1211 Westwood Boulevard, and 1931 Lacy Drive, Motel 6. In all three cases vehicles were broken into.

The JCPD has reported the arrest of Kirby Williamson, 21, Manhattan, on suspicion of DUI, Speeding, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Encouraging a Juvenile’s Misconduct. The arrest occurred in the area of US 77 Highway and I-70 following a traffic stop.
