MANHATTAN, Kan. – The Kansas State track and field team has announced it will be holding a four-day track and field and cross country camp from June 13-16.
The camp is directed by K-State assistant coach, Vincent Johnson , with support from the other Wildcat assistant coaching staff of Ryun Godfrey, Greg Watson and Dason Phelps, as well as current and former K-State student-athletes.
The camp will allow young track athletes to train in various track events with the help and guidance of K-State’s successful coaching staff and student-athletes. All campers will have the opportunity to be a part of an enjoyable atmosphere in which to learn with a great deal of one-on-one attention.
Along with a productive week of learning, residential campers will be housed in residence halls on the K-State campus and meals will be provided by K-State Dining Services.
Cost of the camp is $400 for overnight campers and $300 for day campers. For additional information, including how to register for the camp, contact coach Johnson at the K-State Track and Field offices at 785-532-6568. A camp brochure will be made available for download in coming weeks.
