The Geary County Sheriff’s Department has reported that Deputies arrested Dylan Sumner, Manhattan on K-18 Highway at mile marker 180 at 2:30 a.m. Friday.

The Department stated he was arrested on suspicion of DUI, Transporting an Open Container of Alcohol, Refusal of PBT, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Controlled Substance, and No Kansas Drug Tax Stamp.
