Hutton Construction will provide an overview of its efforts to solicit and evaluate proposals for earthwork, and presented a guaranteed maximum price ( GMP ) to the school board for approval. The proposed guaranteed maximum price listed on the agenda is $3,497,386. The package includes earthwork, erosion control, supervision and related overhead expenses.
