The Geary County Sheriff’s Department has reported that Deputies responded on Wednesday morning to the intersection of U.S. 77 Highway and Old Highway 77 for a two-vehicle accident blocking traffic. Upon arrival they learned that Hoon Lim, Junction City, was attempting to turn east onto Old Highway 77 in his 2007 Ford van and failed to yield the right of way to Richard Flores, Junction City, who had been traveling northbound on U.S. 77 in his 1990 Nissan truck.

Lim had complaints of soreness around his head. No other injuries were reported.
